Young Jewish South Africans at the point of deciding what comes next.
- KD Class of 2026, or heading into your first year of university in 2027
- Ambitious and curious, with a record of achievement in class, leadership, entrepreneurship, sport, the arts or community
- Open to building your future in South Africa
- Ready to commit to all components of the fellowship, with full participation

Who can apply?
KD Class of 2026, as well as graduates currently on a gap year.
How are Fellows selected?
On merit. A short online application, then an interview with our independent selection panel for those shortlisted.
What does it cost?
Nothing. There is no cost to take part. The Fellowship is made possible by our founding partner and the businesses behind it.
How much time does it take?
The commitment is the ten sessions across the year, maintaining your mentor-mentee relationship, and full participation in fellowship programming.
What do I need to apply?

Can I apply if I am taking a gap year?
Yes. There is an option to select the 2028 cohort within the application form.
Do I need my career all worked out?
No. Your mentor and the network will be there to help you explore it and work it out.
